Why Aren't Less Expensive Shipping Options Offered?
Because eCrater is not set up to offer select shipping options on each listing, I cannot offer Parcel Post because many items listed are breakable and Priority Mail offers the best chance to avoid breakage in shipping.
Are there any exceptions to refunding shipping?
No. In Terms, customers are invited to contact seller before purchasing an item. Therefore, every opportunity possible is offered to insure that the customer is receiving correct information. Therefore, shipping will not be refunded.
